We are here to help you qualify! The IMPACT! Group has partnered with the Community Foundation for Northeast Georgia and The Brand Bank to offer you downpayment assistance! To qualify for this benefit, however, you must first complete a short series of classes. We invite you to learn more about the next steps in using this Northeast Georgia Down Payment Assistance Program.

To qualify for the Northeast Georgia Down Payment Assistance Program, consumers must first take an online course at Buyers Ed (link below) and then attend an IMPACT! Homebuyer Class.

After completing the "Buyers Ed Homebuyers Guide" course above, take the "Buyers Ed Test." Please then bring the Certificate of Achievement and your budget to an IMPACT! Homebuyer Class.
