Thank you for your interest in supporting our efforts.  IMPACT! works with thousands of families during some of the most difficult times of their lives. Job losses, medical costs, and unexpected expenses can all push a working family into homelessness.  Each year we depend on the generosity of many individuals, corporations, foundations, civic organizations, and government funding to support our annual operating needs.

Your support this holiday season will help IMPACT! continue to directly serve our client families. At this very moment, IMPACT! is helping 22 homeless families with children gain the financial and educational skills needed to re-enter their community with dignity and independence. Moreover, this year alone, our HomeOwnership Center has provided housing counseling and education to over 3,200 individuals.

How far does your gift go? Consider this....

$500 allows IMPACT! to pay for child care for an average homeless family in Transitional Housing for 1 month

$1,000 allows IMPACT! to provide 4 budget/financial counseling sessions to a homeless family or 10 sessions with a life skills coach

$1,500 provides food assistance for 4 homeless families for 1 month or 10 mental health assessments (used to help IMPACT! case managers formulate the best plan of action for heads of households)

$2,500 buys basic furniture and household supplies for 1 homeless family in our Transitional Housing Program that they can continue to use after completion of the program

$7,500 covers the cost of moving all 22 homeless families to their new housing after program completion

$10,000 covers IMPACT!'s resettlement costs for all 22 families (deposits and/or first month’s rent) after program completion

$20,000 covers 1 year of administrative costs not covered by grants (this includes printed materials, office supplies, etc.)

$25,000 pays for 50% of the cost of a professional case manager for 1 year*

*NOTE:  The IMPACT! Case managers have a 92% success rate in helping families transition to and remain in permanent housing and self-sufficiency.  To date, 26 HOMELESS FAMILIES have in fact gone through our full spectrum of services and become outright HOMEOWNERS.
