Everyone will need to attend this class to start the process of home ownership. This class covers the services The IMPACT! Group offers. In addition the following topics will be covered: setting goals, budgeting, credit, foreclosure prevention and down payment assistance.
Upon completion of this class, you’ll also have the opportunity to schedule a one-on-one appointment with a housing counselor.
Realizing the American Dream Homebuyer Workshop (RAD)

Now that you are ready to become a homeowner, the RAD workshop is designed to help you become a savvy homebuyer. This workshop will consist of credit, budgeting, setting goals, foreclosure prevention. There will be local professionals (Lenders, RE agents, Home inspectors, Appraisers and Insurance representatives) who speak about the process surrounding the home buying process.

This class is for Real Estate and Loan Originators Only. You will learn about the different down payment assistance that is available. Understand how to qualify your clients and how to layer the different DPA products available.
