About The IMPACT! Group
The IMPACT! Group, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community development corporation. Our agency offers housing services that span from assistance to homeless families to homeownership counseling and classes. To do this, The IMPACT! Group operates three main departments with specific areas of focus:
- IMPACT! Transitional Housing helps homeless families with children move to self-sufficiency and permanent housing.
- IMPACT! Real Estate revitalizes low-income neighborhoods and creates safe and decent communities for low- and moderate-income families and seniors. We have developed and renovated more than 650 rental units since 1994. These rental properties include Castor Village Townhomes, Bradford Gwinnett Apartments, and Huntington Court Apartments.
- IMPACT! HomeOwnership Center provides homebuyer and homeowner education, comprehensive housing counseling, and foreclosure prevention guidance to the residents of both metro Atlanta and northeast Georgia.
